This horn summons a Chaos Barbarian in the form of a construct, using the summon construct spell. The caster’s level determines the spell’s casting level, but the summoned creature always appears as a chaotic barbarian, charging into battle screaming “Blood for the Blood God!”

Traits

Magical, Conjuration

Special Abilities

Activate [three-actions] command

Effect: The horn functions as the summon construct spell, summoning a Chaos Barbarian that charges enemies recklessly.

Summoner’s Proficiency: If the user is not an expert in Martial or Performance skills, there is a 10% chance the summoned Chaos Barbarian will shout “Skull for the Skull Throne!” and attack the summoner instead.

Frequent Use: If the horn is used more than once per week, the chance of the Chaos Barbarian turning on the summoner is 10% (regardless of Martial or Performance skill). This chance doubles with each additional use within the week.

Minimum Level: The summoned Chaos Barbarian’s level is at least equal to the horn’s item level.

Upgrading the Horn: The horn’s quality can be improved through acts of heroism or reverence approved by Srikalis, Sritaming, and Sribaril (the Three-headed God of Raiding and War). Other creative means, such as a player performing “Immigrant Song” on an instrument, may also be rewarded by the GM.

For inspiration, here’s Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin.
